Complete Mount Pleasant Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor based in Mount Pleasant, SC. We provide residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related services throughout the greater Charleston area.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured professionals. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our area of expertise or service area.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on conditions observed during an in-home assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing may differ from the estimate if conditions change, if additional work is discovered after the project begins, or if the scope of work is modified at your request.
We will communicate any material change in scope or price before proceeding with additional work. You have the right to approve or decline changes to the original scope before we continue.
Estimates are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued, subject to material and labor cost changes.
Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows that cause us to deploy crew and equipment may result in a trip charge.
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays caused by weather, prior job overruns, or other circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of agreement.
For jobs requiring you to vacate the property during installation (such as spray foam work), you are responsible for making arrangements to be absent for the required re-entry period. We will confirm this window with you before work begins.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins; this will be communicated in your estimate.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections process.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, notify us within 10 business days of receipt and we will review it promptly.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a defect in workmanship that is directly attributable to our installation, contact us and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional charge, subject to the conditions below.
Workmanship coverage applies to the labor and installation performed by our crew. It does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, structural movement, flooding, pest activity, subsequent modifications by others, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties, if applicable, are those provided by the manufacturer of the materials used. We will communicate any applicable manufacturer warranty information at the time of project completion.
Except as expressly stated in Section 6 above, our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding outcomes such as specific energy savings amounts, reductions in utility bills, elimination of all moisture or pest intrusion, or any other performance outcome.
Insulation improvements can contribute to energy efficiency and comfort, but results vary based on home construction, HVAC condition, occupant behavior, weather, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific energy savings amounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Complete Mount Pleasant Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our crew, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arises. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, in which case the limitation may not apply to you.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, SC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Charleston County, South Carolina.
